About Me
I'm drawn to systems, patterns, and how decisions ripple outward over time. I think a lot about how power flows, how ideas take hold, and how choices made quietly can shape what comes later. There's usually a gap between the thinking and the doing, and I'm learning to close that faster.
I want to build things with staying power. Schools that serve students well, products that solve real problems, ideas that hold up under scrutiny. I care about structure, incentives, and understanding what drives people. When something feels surface-level, I tend to move on. I'm looking for depth.
I value having direction over my own path. Discomfort and precision have taught me more than ease ever could. Clarity takes time, and I'm willing to pay that cost. When I commit to someone, I commit fully. When trust breaks, I adjust how I navigate similar situations going forward. I remember what I learn from people.
I'm oriented toward the future. I'm building for the person I'll become, someone who can look back and see thoughtful choices instead of reactive ones. Steady ambition, clear intention, full ownership.
